Order Management

ShuffleShockTCG typically processes (pick, pack, and dispatch) orders within 1–2 business days after full payment is received.

Note: If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all pre-order items are in stock. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

During busy periods (major set releases, promotions, or holidays), handling time may extend to up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders using:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

Shipping options are displayed at checkout. If you need to request a specific carrier or have a unique delivery requirement, contact us at shuffleshocktcg@gmail.com before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination (Domestic or International)
  • Shipping method (Standard, Priority, Express, etc.)
  • Order weight and dimensions

We do not charge additional handling fees — you only pay what the carriers charge us.

All domestic orders come with tracking, which is emailed to you upon shipment.

International Orders

We ship worldwide using UPS. Shipping rates and available options will appear at checkout based on your location.

Customs & Duties

All international orders are shipped EX Works (EXW) — meaning you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by your country. Please check with your local customs authority for applicable charges.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track it via:

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, ShuffleShockTCG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived:

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal facility.
  • File a claim with UPS.
  • Contact us if you need help starting a carrier investigation.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders lost after shipment unless insurance was included by the carrier.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. ShuffleShockTCG is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment — reshipping fees will apply.
