Refund | Returns | Cancellation Policy

At ShuffleShockTCG, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive in mint condition. We know how important it is for collectors to receive their cards safely and securely, and we do everything we can to make that happen.

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at shuffleshocktcg@gmail.com.

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. A member of our team will respond within 1–2 business days of your request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we may request clear photos of the item(s) and packaging for verification.

Returns or exchanges for damaged/defective items will only be processed if the item is returned in the same condition it was received. ShuffleShockTCG will cover return shipping costs only if the return is pre-approved by our team.

Please do not return any items without first contacting us at shuffleshocktcg@gmail.com.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. All sales are final unless the item received is incorrect. We document and provide proof of products being properly packaged prior to shipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs charged by our payment processors.

To cancel an order, please email shuffleshocktcg@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Lost Packages

While we ship all orders using UPS, ShuffleShockTCG does not offer transit insurance or coverage for lost packages.

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact UPS directly to file a lost package claim.

Unfortunately, if a package is lost or stolen in transit and was marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are approved at the discretion of ShuffleShockTCG. Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or
  • You were sent the wrong item.
  • We carefully document and provide proof that all items are properly packaged before shipment.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit Card refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal refunds will return to your PayPal account or original funding source.

All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card has expired or been closed, we may offer a refund via PayPal or bank transfer.

Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under U.S. consumer protection laws. If a product is misrepresented or arrives defective, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair under applicable federal or state laws.
